Music is what I live with. And so is it to millions other
people in the planet.
I know I'm not alone in this, that’s why I start this Round
Glasses cathegory by talking about it in my first post. Who does not listen to
the music anyway? Everybody does, at least everybody that I know. Though some
of them are not as avid as I am, but they still do. You know, once in awhile,
on the radio station, or by passing the jingle of the TV’s ads... or just
listening to me humming some random tune. Hey, it is still music you know!
I believe that we love music for our own reasons. We enjoy
it in our special ways. Different music, different way of thinkings and
different kind of people. It’s just the way we express ourselves.
See? Can you see the relation? Let me mention it again.
Different music. Different thinkings. Different people.
Yep, that’s it.
Every kind of music represents a certain way people think. That’s
what I think. And I believe that it’s the way we think that drives us to be
what we are. So, do you wanna know what kind of person you are? Just look at
your playlist. Sorry, I mean look at the kind of music that you enjoy most. It’s
just a simple way to take a peek on your inside...err, character? Mind? Oh,
whatever. Find your own term, okay?
I may not have done any research about it. But I observe. I
see how each kind of music is enjoyed by a group of similar people. Similar in
quite various ways, like the way they talk, the importance in their life, what
they like and dislike, sometimes even their looks. Of course, it might not be a
hundred percent accurate, but it will tell you, at least, in general about that
person.
As I said before, it’s just my opinion. But if you want to
look at those genres of music that you know, try to take a look very carefully
at the people who enjoy each of genres as well. Then, you will eventually find
the differences. What kind of people who usually enjoy Jazz? How they embrace
life? How about R&B and Hip-Hop? Pop? Country? Rap and etc.
As I said before, it’s just my opinion (yeah, I know I said
that twice already, who cares?). You may have different idea about it. But I
